I have used Lidocaine 5% patches for about four years. My newest prescription was delivered last week. I applied them as I usually do according to the manufacturers instructions.
They burned my skin badly and I had to remove them. I tried them again the next morning as I usually do with the same results.
I spoke to the distributor for about 20 minutes.I expained the problem I had in detail and responded to all the questions I was asked. I actually spoke to more than one person.
The end result was that I was told that the policy regarding these issues is "We offer no replacement or credit"
