They charged over $50 for an off-brand OTC product. I felt I had little choice but to purchase it because my doctor said it was hard to find and I needed it ASAP. The same thing is available online for under $20, including shipping.

The customer service here was great, but I noticed they were selling KN95 masks for $5.95 each. They looked like the same masks that I could buy on Amazon for about 50 cents each retail. When I brought it to the attention of staff, they didn't seem receptive to offering masks for sale at a modest mark-up.
