I had a family member who recently had to use Palm Gardens for care because we were unable. Their staff and management were so kind and my family member felt like they were at home the entire time. I am so grateful for the nursing staff and the management at Palm Gardens I would highly recommend, especially Erica Myrick, she made the transition in and out so smooth and seamless.

Over an 18 day stay for rehab, I was unable to get returned phone calls and only able to have 1 patient care phone call and only after raising heck. The nurses and staff were very kind to my Mom but administratively I would not let my worst enemy’s dog go to this facility. I am fairly certain that they might have even not disclosed the full situation with my Mom’s condition to Medicare which resulted in an early termination of benefits. My Mom is ABSOLUTELY not able to do the things that they attested to me that she could do. Also, the AC has been broken off and on for 4 months now according to the staff. I had such high hopes that this facility would get my Mom back up on her feet but at this point she is worse than she was when I took her into the facility. I have reached out to the State Ombudsman and will be discussing the situation with Medicare and other authorities.

I wouldn't bring my dog to this facility. This is the worst place to bring your love one. They will neglect your family member. Do not trust this facility with your family member. The patients constantly holler all day from being in pain and they will not attend to them. It's so sad that they are not getting the proper assistance that is needed. Please please please please don't leave your family members here, I've witnessed with my own eyes. All the CNAs do is sit at one desk and gossip about last night or the weekend. It's horrible. I wish I was able to give a 0 star. This facility should be shut down ?

Clean facility, AMAZING therapy department, staff is friendly, no weird smells, nursing staff has improved tremendously - patients also get to do a lot of fun activities like garden, bingo, and they even have church on Sunday in the dining hall!!
