I’m so thankful for Dr. McCoy!! He truly takes the time and listen to you and your concerns and explain to you to the best of his ability, everything that seems to be wrong. Dr. McCoy is very easy to talk to and honest with you about what’s going on in your body. I recommend him to everyone.

First initial visit went great! Staff and the Dr were very friendly and they listened. Finally, someone who’s actually listening & trying to help! Or so I thought.
My follow-up appointment I had to reschedule because of an impromptu meeting I had to attend. I called to reschedule & was given a date 2.5 months later & was told to call at a later date to see if someone cancelled. Well, I did. And after the 3rd time calling & nothing was still available, I started thinking this was pointless & was just going to wait on my appointment. Plus, I believe they were getting irritated with me calling. (Deducting one star) No biggie, as I’m aware this is becoming common at Dr offices. However, I’m now out of medication and wanted to get a refill….but, after waiting several days for it to be sent to the pharmacy (because I was told they were going to) I finally called the office again; only this time to be told that I can’t get any meds because I haven’t had my follow up appointment. Which is now 2 months away. (Deducting another star)
Fast forward to appointment date. I leave work in order to make it to the appointment 30 minutes early as they suggest. The sign in process is a bit long. As she’s finishing she states, the Dr isn’t in so we’re just taking specimen samples & calling in refills. Now, I’m very irritated for several reasons. 1-No one called and said the Dr was out, nor to reschedule. 2-what am I giving a sample for when I’ve had no medication to take so therefore it’s impossible to have any in my system, so what are you checking for!? And had to leave my purse on the counter unattended while doing so. 3-Next appointment date is now 3 months away!
I went to the pharmacy several hours later, and I’m told they have no prescription for me & it’s now after 5 and the Dr office is closed so there’s no one to call to see what’s going on with the transmission of the prescription or if it’s ever been sent. (Deducting another star)
I left a message, so I’m currently waiting on a call back.
Needless to say, I’m feeling very unsure about the treatment at this facility. As I mentioned, the initial visit was great, but it went downhill after that.
I just want to know what’s going on & get treatment for it. Medical options are limited for this rural area, so I may have to find someone outside of this area.

This was my first visit and I was very pleased with every thing. The staff was very courteous. Dr. McCoy is very polite and he listen to what I to say. I like the fact that he wanted to check into my conditon further to get to the real cause. No one else had mention this to me. If I could grade him it would be A+×3. I am very pleased. My experience was Great!

Everyone is very nice and I love the small setting waiting room. The doctor has a great bedside manner. Dr. McCoy is about the only doctor I’ve been to that does not have a cold stern look on his face. I wish all doctors had his great attitude and the office staff too.

The facility was too crowded people were standing outside and there are no seats for all those people. Overbooking! And I was told that the forms have to be filled out each time I come there are about 13 or so to fill out! Please work out theses things it’s really troubling and I’m a new patient!
