Charged $675 for a small nylon knee brace that you can buy at any store for around $40. Then later charged the same price for a full metal leg brace. Highly doubt these two, very different braces, cost the same amount. I called in and asked for a price review and never heard back. I then received a letter stating they then charged a $25 late fee without notice. This is a horrible company taking advantage of their customers.

I recently got a knee brace from them, and Ross was amazing. Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He took the time to talk to my insurance company and also got me in on the same days as when I called. He let me try on many braces until we found the best fit, then form fitted my new brace. They have great service and I will definitely go back for any medical devices I may need. Highly recommend!

Got referred by VA. My VA boot wasn't wide enough for my foot. When I got to Pacific Medical, I didn't have to wait and they had 2 good options for me to try. I was able to take my time and make my choice.
