I just love the staff. Especially the nurses and kitchen. They are very punctual and assist your daily needs. Juliette catored my meals and I was very pleased with her department. May, Kyle and Elton helped me a lot. I can’t remember all the names of my nurses, but they were always on time. Daisy and Janette and the rest of my nurses were always catered to my needs. I just loved the attention they gave me. Some of my CNA were great and some were lazy. I cannot remember their names. But the good ones were Evelyn and Reanna

Don’t ever put someone you actually care about in this facility. The staff could care less about my father. When I was there I approached the desk and the staff was too busy chatting to even acknowledge my existence. I also saw them ignoring all of the lights that were on from the patients. Truly disgusting to see people treat elderly people like they don’t matter.

Unprofessional facility to contract CNAs . Admin will get in your face and disrespect you then threaten to call the police. Nasty facility that does not care for residents nor staff that come to help them. Do not recommend working or placing your family here . They are not decent human beings and don’t know how to treat you as such .

I speak for registry CNAs of all types that are treated poorly due to being registry. I have heard poor things about this facility & if you cannot treat guest staff correctly that came to HELP YOU , how would you know how to treat an elderly person who comes to live there? Please adjust your approach to registry CNAs. We are not just disposable. Without us your CNAs would quit on days house staff calls off . If you’re gonna treat registry poorly do not use the service . TIA

My Grandmother has been cared for here for several years. I live out of state and only have visited a handful of times. Every visit has been a pleasure, and the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and appreciated. Questions about her care were answered honestly, and i truly feel comfortable with how my Grandma has been cared for. In times of short staffing, and an industry that has a complicated reputation, this facility shines and appears to be extremely well managed and compassionate toward the residents. Bravo to everyone responsible for setting the example for other facilities, and a personal THANK YOU to everyone who gives my beloved Grandma such wonderful care. - Lynette D

This place is one of the cleanest places I've ever been at. They clean thoroughly everywhere everyday. The work staff nurses, doctors, everyone, is very accommodating, very polite, and very nice. The Physical Therapy isn't that great!!! They don't follow through. There are many nurses leaving because they aren't paid enough for all that they do.

Every time I call and ask questions they tell me right away by looking @ the computer chart or if is something they can’t answer they get some who can transparence is great

My dad spent his last days at Pacific Care Nursing Center and the quality of care and attention he received was excellent. The moment he arrived, the staff worked to make him feel comfortable and at ease.

Every person we met, no matter the time of day/evening went the extra mile and had time for us and my dad. The staff was professional, but so caring and compassionate to our whole family, during what was a difficult time for us.  Questions were answered thoroughly and everything was approached with a sensitivity and attitude of a loving family.  We highly recommend the Pacific Care Nursing Center and their staff that provides the best of care to their patients.
