My family has been seen by Dr Cozart for years and he is the best! We all go for regular maintenance but if a need arises we get on the schedule quickly. Kind, caring and gives excellent treatments. Love the "no-crack" approach for chiropractic care.

I‘ve been coming to Dr. Cozart for many years. He’s the best! When I first came I was so bad that I was dragging my left leg. He worked with me faithfully and got me back to normal! I come now every 2 weeks for maintenance. I don’t know what I would’ve done without it!!! I recommend this place to everyone! It’s not scary like traditional chiropractors. You won’t be disappointed. It’ll change your quality of life!

My wife went to get some work done on her back. The "doctor" showed a video and used a vibrating machine to massage the back for a minute. He didn't touch her once. They had told her it'd be $70 out of pocket. So she paid that. The appointment didn't do anything at all. Many months later we get a bill for additional $82.23. With our insurance included, the whole appointment cost $171.50 for absolutely nothing. What a scam! Please don't waste your time or money. We need to get these scammers out of business so that people don't fall prey to a predator like this and let actually good chiropractors get the business.

Working in Healthcare for 21 years and currently a travel nurse, I've been to dozens of chiropractors across the country... I'll be the first to admit that I was skeptical about Dr. Cozart's practice at first. I've never seen anyone use the impulse adjuster primarily. I was in such rough shape the first time I saw him that after being adjusted, I spent the rest of the day in bed. But the next day (even though I could tell my spine had already shifted slightly), I was feeling significantly better. After my second adjustment, I was a believer. Now, my chronic headaches are much less frequent and my back doesn't give me nearly so much trouble with my day to day activities and work.

Absolutely without a doubt the best chiropractor in the Waynesburg area. I was dealing with a lot of headaches, stiff necks, and occasional lower back pain. Dr. Cozart always gets me moving again in little time. The impulse IQ is more effective than traditional hands on adjustments. Sometimes it will take some treatments but if you have patience and follow recommended treatment plans you will be feeling better. I highly recommend this place.

During quarantine I began having major lower back pain, most likely as a result of poor posture from computer work without a proper desk/work station. The problem got to the point where I started having trouble getting out of bed; my lower back would seize and cause temporary immobilization. I sought out Dr. Cozart’s help. I had been working with him as his fitness and nutrition coach for a few months at the time. Over the course of our time together I learned more about his practice and approach to chiropractics. I felt an immediate difference after my first session and within two days felt nearly back to normal. After a week and two more sessions it was as if the previous two months had never happened. I can’t recommend Dr. Cozart enough. Not only is he effective, but takes the time to learn about you as a patient.
