I had an appointment for my daughter who had Medicaid for 12/3. Then I get a text telling me that they had CHANGED my appointment for 12/16 and if it didn’t work to contact them, which I did. They did NOT want to work with me about days and times that worked for me. What type of professional office changes an appointment whenever is convenient for them without asking the patient if that’s ok or if the patient is able to make it the day they designated to you. I’m certain that they did that because my child had MEDICAID and when I asked that to whomever was texting me they stayed quiet and didn’t reply anymore. I have NEVER ever seen any dental office do that before. I read their reviews and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but oh was I wrong.

This is one of the nicest dental offices I have ever been too. The staff are always kind and professional and Dr. Matt is playful and kind with the kids. My little girl is always happy to go see Dr. Matt.

Dr Matt and his hygienist were AMAZING!!! However his front staff Mary, yeah she's rude. I understand the legalities and respect that but she was rude from the time I got on the phone till I literally hung up on her. She needs to go get training in hospitality because she is lacking in that field so so much

Dr.Matt and staff are amazing! My 4 year old daughter had to have some dental work done. They used oral sedation and “laughing gas”.
Dr. Matt talked to her through the whole procedure making her feel relaxed and She was even laughing at one point. They were quick to get the job done, but did excellent work! Definitely recommend this place!

Dr. Matt is amazing! He does so well with my kids. These people are reasonable with their surgery pricing.. and they are SO quick with the kids cleanings etc. great place to go to! I have 4 kids and this is our place! Highly recommend

Dr Killingsworth is naturally very good with kids and you can tell he cares about his community. We are fortunate to have him care for our three children over the past several years. I would highly recommend this office to other families. The staff is wonderful!

If I could give this place no stars at all I would! I had to book 2 months out to have my daughters tooth fixed. Went to our appointment just to be told they wouldn’t be able to do it today, they’d reschedule us. We walked to the front where we were informed we’d have to wait a whole month for the next opening. Then was called and told I need to be referred elsewhere for being frustrated. Way to take it out on the poor, uncontrollably crying kid, who is having issues with her self esteem, for being upset that you couldn’t do your only job. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! They only care about the money. They could care less about the kids.

As a dental professional I cannot recommend Ozark Pediatrics enough. Greeted with a warm smile from Chrystal, and Carmen the hygienist is so wonderful and patient with my girls. Dr. Matt also made my anxious daughter feel right at home and made us forever patients. I also appreciated his conservative approach for treatment and visits!
