Apparently, Country Villas South or Overland Terrace has somehow mistaken my $73,200.00 mobility chair and pray that it gets returned. Here are some pictures with me on it in San Clemente. As far I'm concerned about is that the Ombudsman, as well as administration knows it. If anyone else would give me some advice or numbers leave me a comment?

I can’t say enough good things about Overland Terrace! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the clean, welcoming environment. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, making sure every resident feels at home. A special shout-out to Nathan, the administrator, who goes above and beyond every day. His dedication to the well-being of each resident is unmatched, and he’s always available to address any concerns or needs. Nathan’s leadership really makes a difference in creating a supportive and compassionate atmosphere at Overland Terrace. Highly recommend!

Countryvilla is an amazing nursing home for your family members. The staff are friendly and helpful. It has improved tremendously. It’s bright and clean and smells great. I’m always greeted with a smile. It’s a great place to bring your family member to get good quality care. I would definitely bring my family member here.

The place was well kept and the nurses were very friendly. The only thing preventing the 5 stars is that the place is understaffed 🙁 one of my family members is residing here and has said it takes longer than an hour to get someone to respond to the call button, and that's a bit concerning. But, the nurses really are doing their best with the staff they do have.

This place is always clean and the nurses work hard to take care of all the people who need care. They have taken good care of my uncle who needs full time care who has special needs and are patient with him.
