The office staff was able to get me in same day for a new patient exam and cleaning. I know this is rare with any office these days. They were very nice and professional when I arrived.

The hygienist explained was very nice, she explained what she needed to do to get started and why. She was amazing cleaning my teeth and explained the best course of action for me going forward.

The dentist was in the office and came in to do an exam. He explained everything he saw both in my trays and physically. He was very nice and professional.

"I love going to the dentist"!!! Never thought I would ever say that! First, the staff is awesome, everyone remembers my name! That's big for me! You can tell they genuinely care about you! And I love my little nurse, Diana. (She deserves a raise!!) Second, the Dentists are so kind and caring. Oh, and gentle. Very Gentle. I never hurt. All in all, Our Family Dentist is something I always look forward to!

Do not go here without insurance..otherwise Dr. Western will malpractice on you !!! I went in for a cavity to get filled. He completed the job then says "well that should have had a crown out on"
Then immediately shifts the responsibility onto me saying I need to keep the tooth super clean otherwise the tooth will have problems.... guess what my tooth has problems...lol
