I have been to a few physical therapies and this is by far the best one. Sean and Braden are competent and friendly, and the facility is clean. I will definitely go back.

I’ve had quite a few surgeries over the past 10+ years.. Shawn and his team have always been there to effectively get me back on my feet and moving forward…their hours are accommodating to many of the patients schedules! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly… I trust them wholeheartedly!!!

This is my third time using OSPTA. The service is excellent, along with the workers. Shawn Heltman, the Physical Therapist, is highly qualified, and has helped me tremendously with my therapy after knee surgery. I give OSPTA in Carnegie a 5 Star Review. I can't say enough about them.

I am so glad that I made the decision to seek services from OSPTA! They made coming in so easy as new patients can begin physical therapy without a referral, and the individual attention and theraputic programs are fantastic. The entire center is neat, clean, bright, and cheerful. The staff are friendly and professional, and making appointments is easy with the added plus of appointment reminders sent via text message. My journey has not been easy, but the therapists have been with me every step of the way, and I am so grateful for their help.

Currently going through second PT for 2nd shoulder surgery and wouldn't go anywhere else than OSPTA in Carnegie for my PT. First shoulder surgery 4 years ago ended with 100% use. No reason not to expect the same! Thanks Shawn.

I just completed my physical therapy at this practice, and it was a complete success, thanks to the expertise of Shawn, an awesome Physical Therapist. I never really expected to have the amazing results that I did, especially within the 6 week period of time that I was treated there. Shawn diagnosed my physical problems upon my initial evaluation, and proceeded to focus on treatment, and the improvements were noticeable almost immediately. 'He knows his stuff!!' Thanks to him and his wonderful staff for helping to alleviate the pain and suffering I had been experiencing prior to becoming a patient there!
