I don’t have the words to even begin to describe how grateful I am for Dr. Huntsman. Being in his care has been a blessing from start to finish. I have been struggling for years and had almost forgot what a blessing it was to be able to walk without pain but under a month in Dr Huntsman care and I am already putting my foot flat on the ground with no pain. He took my case on so quickly and treated my situation with such an urgency, authenticity and care; it truly changed my life. I will forever view my experience with Dr. Huntsman as the peak of healthcare, a height to which I will always compare any other experience I encounter in the medical field. Thank you Dr Huntsman!

I really like Dr. Wade and the staff. But they have the worse scheduling system, maybe on the planet. Making an appointment is a waste of time. Five visits, average wait time, 1 hour and 45 minutes. Why have people make appointment's? Might as well make it first come first serve. One appointment we sat there for almost 3!!! full hours after the appointment time. Have never been called back within an hour of appointment time. It’s 2024, I feel like the knowledge is there to prevent this unforced error from happening everyday and every time.

This place will NEVER get you in within the hour that you are scheduled. Wait time is a minimum 45 minutes to an hour past your scheduled time and the staff is very rude. Definitely do not recommend if you are actually wanting to be seen and cared for.

About three pleasant people work in that office. The wait time is obscene and then they act like you put them out for showing up to your appointment on time. Now I’m not an unrealistic individual and I realize things happen and I don’t mind having to wait around for 30-40 minutes but this is an ALWAYS occurrence and have had to wait several, not a couple, several hours after my scheduled appointment to have my two year old seen for the arm she broke. We walked out of her final fallow up because fact of the matter is they’re not the only people with an xray machine in town and they’re definitely not the only ortho. Going based off my experiences there, they’re also not the best in town. To top it off the first time she was “seen” by Dr. wade after our almost 4 hour wait he didn’t even examine her arm or engage with her or me or my husband. He was in the room for less than two minutes and decided she would need a long arm cast for 3 weeks and then fallow up and he was gone. Craziness.

The office itself is wonderful. We worked with the PA who did X-rays and a cast on my 7 year old.

Their billing staff, whichever company they use, is horrible. Nadine got very combative immediately after I told her I called regarding a bill several months ago that our insurance was supposed to cover 100%. She stated they had no referral on file and I would need to pay in full. I called my insurance and found my copy of the referral, so I called back and Nadine stated "I don't have time to deal with this today so I will deal with it when I can." As I tried to give her my number for her to contact me, she hung up. Very unprofessional behavior and I'm glad that we have moved and I won't have to deal with them (hopefully) again.

Dr. Wade was fantastic. He had excellent bed side manner and told me the facts bluntly which is exactly what I was looking for in a Doctor. The wait time was manageable and understandable. My visit was short and sweet, to the point and had me on my way. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

So pleased with PA Eric Halama's willingness to listen. I've suffered so must with an arthritic knee these last 3 months but today after his compassionate and skilled treatment yesterday I can walk almost pain-free today. I look forward to each day now.

Dr wade’s office has always been our go to when it comes to injuries for my whole family. And my husband and myself we have a lot of kids. I have always tolerated the extreme wait because he is such a good Dr. However, about 10 months ago I became a full time caregiver for one of our parents who has LBD,. Time- is important. My time is important- just as important as the Dr’s. The past 2 times we have come here which by the way I’m writing this as I am still waiting for my daughter to be seen, her apt was at 1:45 it’s not 4:12, the last time was over 3 hours. Something’s got to give, I HAD a lot of errands I had to run today because my husbands off and able to stay with the person we care for. But definitely am not going to be able to do any of it now. My time is valuable- and I am certain many others feel the same.
