If you want a masterclass in customer service and patient care, look no further than Dr. Ely and his crew of absolute champions. You will not find a single B player in this entire place. Nothing but All Stars run these halls and it is just such a joy to watch them work.

I wish half the multi billion dollar enterprises I’ve worked with and for over my career had a quarter of the swagger Dr. Ely’s team has. Seriously, I wish they’d write a book on how this business was built. I’d buy a dozen copies and hand them out at work.

I had an awful experience here due to the doctor doing things without asking me for my permission, or even telling me what he intended to do, on multiple occasions. One time he simply grasped my baby tooth and yanked on it extremely hard, then said "I loosened it for you." Upon coming home my tooth came out immediately. To be clear, it was not loose in the slightest. He basically pulled out my tooth all my himself. This is the kind of thing that you get numbing medicine for and have your tooth removed with tools---I had none of that. I thought that was extremely unprofessional. Let me also not forget to share that on the day they removed my braces, they knew my teeth weren't ready. I guess they didn't want to keep me in them when they told me that that appointment was the day I'd get them off. Instead of acknowledging that I should have been kept in them longer, after they took my braces off, they tried to physically push my teeth closer together with their fingers, and also put bands on them, trying to get my teeth in a better position to take the mold for my retainers. I also thought this was a little ridiculous.

My daughter has been here for four years, every appointment for the last year she has been told that the next appointment she will get her braces off. The blame has been placed on her for "not wearing her bands ", which she wears at home diligently. Super frustrating.

Wonderful staff! Dr. Ely was very kind and took his time to explain everything to us. With a young child looking at early, corrective orthodonture, this was the best experience for us. Highly recommend.
