We encountered a couple of issues during put visit but our concerns were quickly addressed and resolved so thank you for that. I just ask that you attend to the patients as if they were your own family. Thank you for your patience and continued care to our loved ones.

I, a Chaplain of my church, was met with a greeting and smile at the front desk. I signed electronically and they shared the room number for my friend.
My friend was still at outside therapy.
I spoke to Erika, his nurse who provided me an update of his condition.
I said, my business card was left on his pillow and I will return in the morning and bring something for his bulletin board. I will continue to pray for him.

Their response is very very and I mean very slow. When someone presses the call button it’s because they need help. Sometimes they would take more than 30 minutes to come & when they would come they would turn off the call button and leave. They shower the patients only 2 times a week. There are patients that need help to use the restroom and end up going on themselves because no one would come help them. This place needs to be inspected/audited, this should be surprised visits and not announced. Some of us have to put our family members in this place because they had a medical emergency and we are not capable to provide certain services at home. We want our family members to get better so we can have them at home, but this place doesn’t seem to help in doing that.

My grandmother was a patient here after her back surgery. The staff was kind and professional. When we visited her, the facility was odor free and clean. My grandma really liked the food that was served. My family was happy to see her recover and return home. We are grateful for everyone at Orange Healthcare!

After my mother's stroke in September 2023 being in the hospital for a month she was released to a nursing home which made me feel guilty about not being able to take care of her. The stroke left my mom on a feeding tube lost all her motor skills in a diaper and not able to speak. After visiting several nursing homes which was a horrible experience between dirty and not a friendly atmosphere. After feeling very discouraged my girlfriend told me about orange healthcare and wellness center this place is amazing so inviting made me feel like they cared. After many ups and downs with my mom's insurance orange healthcare help me apply for Medi-Cal just to keep my mom in the facility which help me tremendously. After one year my mom is no longer on a feeding tube talking and communicating never regained her motor skills on her left side but she's very happy loves everyone at the facility. Physical therapy went over and above to help my mom she loves all of them but she did have her favorites Cheryl & Gregg. My mom also left her CNAs and nurses they all been wonderful and so attentive to my mother she had her favorites Marina & Mayela & her favorite nurse is Irma.
Anytime my friends and family visited her they had nothing but good to say about the facility clean atmosphere wonderful staff (made me feel good with no regrets). Everyone at Orange healthcare and wellness center has been extremely helpful. I'm retiring moving out of state which means I'm moving my mom to a new nursing home in Tennessee I'm nervous about the move my mom's happy where she's at. I want to thank Veronica which is the case manager that help with this move, getting all the paperwork over to the new facility in Tennessee. I highly recommend orange healthcare and wellness center for a long-term care I will always be extremely grateful to all the staff.

I have the unique privilege to be able to perform and share my music with the lovely residents of OHWC. I play regularly in facilities such as this and I must say the friendliness of the staff and residents is above board. Always fun and always looking forward to the next opportunity to be there.

DONT EVERY COME HERE!!! STAFF SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
My mom had came here last night and the staff are super unprofessional to the point she had the leave this morning to go back to the hospital instead because she was at the hospital for like a week prior coming here. First, my mom had stated that the room she was in wasn’t like the pictures on here. Secondly, she had pressed the call button for her meds and they took long and when they finally showed up to her room they never gave her the meds and were all acting stupid that they didn’t know where they were like how could they not know nor ask if she needed anything and so they just turn off the call button and left. Thirdly, the room she was in she had stated it was very hot and she had asked for a fan and the nurses were also all acting stupid and said they didn’t even know if they have any like also like I mentioned how could the staff not know? Like if they have any fans or if it was all occupied. And they finally brought her a fan because my mom had made a complaint about this place. And a family member had made complaint in person and they were all acting like if nothing happened because they were all claiming that she was okay when they never actually checked up on her when she was settled in. So, she had called paramedics to come and get her and take her to the hospital instead and the staff were all asking her what happened and how the call button was working once the paramedics got there. The staff here are so stupid and I know I ain’t in the medical field but not sorry the hospital staff are way faster while also having a lot of patients to take care of and actually take care of them.
