Great staff and great service. Allen Navarro NP is the best physician I’ve had, he is even better than most doctors I’ve had in the past, he is very thorough and when he says he’s going to do something it gets done immediately. Would recommend his care without a doubt!

Dr Tang turned away patients who have symptoms of cough and sore throat. Isn’t PCP’s job to see patients and treat them? Doesn’t make any sense.

Optum Medical in Cypress has both male and female family practice doctors that practice at local hospitals. Our extended family goes to several of their doctors and have been happy with them. Four stars were given because the office staff often leaves patients on hold for too long. When in the office for an appointment, the wait is usually short. Many days, you can get a same day appointment for urgent matters.

Been coming for over a year.. wait times are generally good, especially compared to other clinics. Wasn't impressed with the first Dr I saw, but switched to Dr Tang and super glad to have her as my Dr.

Just switched insurance, picked a doctor from the doctor list, made an appointment to see the doctor I picked since I have ppo insurance, I was asked to come half an hour early since I am a new patient, came to find that I am not seeing the doctor I will see a nurse, ok I need my refill, so it is ok then I will schedule my appointment with the dr later, waited in the waiting room for more than an hour four other patients came in and were called before me!
I asked when I would get in, front desk girl oppolgizied was very courteous! Then I was called in to take my vital! Every equipment had no battery the girl was so frustrated! Then almost an hour an half later I am still waiting in the room haven't seen anyone yet! I was told the nurse is with another patient which came after me and I will be seen next
Still waiting! Very bad experience and very bad first impression!

I chose this group because it is 1/4 mile away from my house. I initially was with Dr. Brenner, but he "stopped working". Didnt retire, just sort of stopped attending the practice, so I was reassigned to Dr. Gray and she was moved about a month later to the Long Beach office. Afterwards I was assigned to Dr. Tang and she has been fantastic. She works with my schedule, assigns me refills when I call in so long as I check in quarterly, always asks the appropriate questions, and has the best "bed side manner" of any doctor I have had. She always looks you in the eyes after asking a question, listens to your response then writes a shorthand note afterwards rather than jotting down freehand responses. Aside from the turn over in the office, by far the best PCP I have ever had. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Tang. Just hope she doesnt move offices; I'll have to follow her wherever she goes.

worst doctor office, they do not give appointments , even tele medicine appointints , very rude staff . Referals not not sent to the specialist , doctors do not answer any question and not caring. Just Money is the goal. They collect a lot of money on insurance but zero care for patients. Very rude and uncaring doctors.
