My therapist.Paige is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything she’s doing clearly. She has a very good bedside manner and she is enjoyable to work with. The place is very clean and the atmosphere is very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends who need a physical therapy.

Chuck Garfinkle & his staff are always attentive and o developing the best therapy processes & exercises to keep progressing patient rehab. Chuck closely monitors & guides staff support of patient therapy process to assure desired detailed patient results occur. As improvement occurs, patients are advanced to next levels to assure patients advance at an optimum l, safe recovery rate. Therapy time is kept very positive, active & encouraging. Past experience at Optimum & other PT locations has clearly shown this Optimum location, w/C Garfinkle is the most effective for me & my family even through access is more distant than other regional PT locations.

I was recently diagnosed with Venous Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. After my surgery to remove the DVT from my right arm, my vascular doctor recommended physical therapy to try and treat the nerve pain I was also getting in my arm, which I never knew was caused by this condition. As I was researching physical therapy facilities, I came across Optimum Physical Therapy. When I called to make an appointment for an evaluation, I was very happy to hear that they offer self pay. Since they are out of my insurance network, this worked out perfectly for me. When I arrived for my first visit, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist. I was assigned to Paige, and she is absolutely wonderful! She is so kind and caring and very thorough with trying to figure out which exercises would be best for my condition. The entire staff is very welcoming, and they make you feel at home. I highly recommend them for your therapy needs.

Just finished therapy for my frozen shoulder. Paige was awesome and very attune to even the smallest changes in my progress. She took time to ensure I had the most effective therapy, exercises and stretches! Everyone there makes you feel welcome, like family. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs PT.
