From the my first appointment, everyone has been incredibly welcoming, kind and truly took the time to understand my pain and concerns. Alan is exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled, tailoring my treatment plan with a personalized approach that addressed my concerns and specific pain. The staff has provided constant encouragement, and have always ensured I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Thanks to their expertise and genuine care, I have made a good amount of progress in a short period, learned great techniques to continue to build on my progress at home and have had a significant reduction my pain. This is the best Physical Therapy office ever! The staff is very caring and knowledgeable. They are patient, encouraging and supportive throughout your healing process. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a compassionate staff that gets results.

Dr Alan Savanapridi is amazing in that he was able to identify exactly what muscles I needed to work on to alleviate my lower back pain. My pain immediately went away while doing the recommended exercises…during my first visit! He gave me the necessary exercises/tools I needed to do to maintain my “pain free” lower back. I highly recommend seeing him. ?

Optimal Therapy staff is great. Alan is fantastic. He's knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Also, he has the best playlists that had the staff and patients singing making things pleasant and actually fun.

Absolutely amazing PT staff. Alan was excellent in addressing my back issues. He provided not only exercises to improve the discomfort I had, but also techniques to help prevent future injury.
