What a fantastic community pharmacy!!
Karman is so welcoming (I am always greeted by name) and knowledgeable. I moved my entire family to Optima because I was looking for a more personalized experience and I have been extremely happy with the move. We are able to get our prescriptions and refills quickly and efficiently.

I usually only leave reviews for restaurants but Karman from Optima Pharmacy is honestly THE best. He has gone above and beyond (multiple times) for me and my family.

Most recent example, my son who missed his Kindergarten immunizations last year was asked to go to public health to get his shots. The school sent an email to get this done asap so we tried to make an appointment with Public Health (we checked all locations) and their earliest appointment was next year in March (it is currently Oct) and they advised us to get our shots through our family doctor if we needed it sooner. The family doctor advised us to go to the pharmacy since they do not receive any vaccines from public health. Optima didn't have any either but Karman went out of his way to convince public health to give him one set of Kindergarten vaccinations so my son could be up to date now and not 6 months from now.

Another example was a few months back I was new to continuous glucose monitoring and the thought of having to poke myself with a needle was freaking me out. I wanted to stay on top of my health so I decided I had to get it. Karman took time to walk me through the entire setup AND showed me how to install the device into my arm. I went home confident and have had no issues doing it myself since.

If you need anything from a pharmacy I'd come here. You will have a good experience with a pharmacist that clearly cares for his patients.

You cannot beat the service at Optima Pharmacy. Karman Sohi is a gem. The pharmacy is open late, typically open on long weekends, quick response times and turnover of meds, and offers delivery services if needed. I switched from my old pharmacist and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Highly recommend.

I was in Surrey visiting from out of town and realized i had packed an empty asthma inhaler. I took my empty cartridge to this pharmacist and he was very helpful and understanding. He quickly helped me fill my prescription and had me on my way. Thank you again sir.
