I work for a private family and there were multiple credit card charges for COVID tests done in December. I wasn't sure which family members had these tests done but I needed to get detailed receipts to submit for insurance reimbursement. I called the # on the credit card statement and was told I needed to send an e-mail to their TestResults department. I did so with very low expectations. But I received a very prompt reply from Andrew in their On-site Medical Billing Team. By providing just a bit more information, Andrew was able to get me the necessary receipts for insurance purposes within a matter of hours! He is a hero in my book! This was the best customer service experience I've had in a long time and Andrew is to be commended for his professionalism and responsiveness.

My mother came and got tested at the mall before her trip and had an excellent experience. Ms Taylor was very patient with her and guided her through her paperwork and explained everything to her. 5 stars! Results were back in 2 hours and she was able to get to her destination!

My family took the covid test on 02/11/2022, in preparation for an international trip on the day after. The next morning, before heading to the airport, I tried to get the covid results needed for my flight, which would be at 11 AM, but the website was giving an error (screenshot attached) and the covid test was not accessible.
Then the nightmare has started: I called the facility multiple times and the guy always said "they were working on it" but with no ETA and not much care, even when I made it clear I needed those results to get in a plane within a couple of hours.
With no luck on their website, we had to rush in the airport to get another test (My wife, our 2 yo daughter and me) and obviously, pay the very expensive airport test ($250/person).

Then, I called asking for a refund, since I couldn't access the tests I payed for. The guy was extremely rude, screaming at the phone and saying explicitly that he didn't care about all the stress and money loss I was having. It was probably the worse customer care service I had on my entire life.

At the end, they did not refund me or even send their apologies..

We ended up being overcharged about $200 because they claimed they ran out of the tests we had an appointment for. The owner came out parroting their policy, told me I am a smart guy because I drive a Mercedes and that if I want to get my test that day I had to pony up. Very rude and deceptive, we are disputing the charge with our credit card company. Avoid if you have other options!

I've been to the unit in Londonderry twice, both times I had the misfortune of being attended by a young man with short hair. This guy can't work with people. Extremely rude, doesn't listen to the customer, nervous, impatient. He needs treatment or a intensive training. Terribly professional.

They ran the clinic in Plymouth NH today and it was an incredibly inefficient, lengthy, bordering ridiculous experience. They did not even think to have people pre fill the forms. They had medical professionals doing registration, and there was only one vaccinator for the first hour of the clinic. The line was out the door. Public health events should not be run by pop up sites for profit with no experience.
