Every staff member made me feel very cared for and welcomed! Everything was explained to me in a way I understood and all of my questions were answered. I felt that I received excellent care from the very beginning (starting at the front desk) to the very end of my appointment with the doctor and hygienist. Thank you!

Sure, it's kind of sketchy to go to a dentist that's literally a trailer behind a gym, but Onsite Dental is the most modern and well-supplied dentist I've ever been to. They have state of the art scanning technology and dentists are always very up to date in their knowledge of dentistry research. They also make an effort to get to know you, especially if you're a regular. I always trust the knowledge and abilities of the staff and would gladly recommend it to other people on UC SHIP

I went to this place for a general cleaning, but they don't do any cleaning on the first visit - they run multiple exams to give you a "treatment plan." They told me I had two cavities which needed to be filled, that I needed a deep cleaning, and that I was grinding my teeth to the point where there was significant bone loss, so they recommended getting a night guard. The total cost of this whole treatment would be more the $1,400, draining the $1,000 covered by insurance in a given year and charging me more than $400.

I got worried initially, but I was very suspicious of this diagnostic since I didn't have any symptoms and make regular visits to my dentist in my home town.

I ended up going to another very renowned dentist who told me my teeth were perfectly fine, and all I needed was a general cleaning. Paid less than $70 dollars and insurance covered the rest.

Take your own conclusions – I definitely do not recommend this place.

I love that everyone was so friendly and welcoming, it felt like they actually cared about my well-being. All of the staff was extremely accommodating and thoughtful; by far the best dental experience I have had. Along with this, they were very explicit and direct about what dental work I would need and why I would need said dental work, as well as costs. There were no surprise fees or procedures, which is extremely appreciated. Overall, each person I talked to was wonderful and offered me a ton of help and support. I hope to see them all again next visit!

Everyone was super nice, helpful, and patient! I had lots of questions and none of them sounded annoyed by them. Also, I liked that music was playing, that boxes were offered for our bags, and that sunglasses were offered. My only complaint was the uncomfortable waiting chairs but I didn’t wait for long.

Had a round of cleaning and fillings done once here and they were fine. God forbid you call or email expecting them to answer though. I literally couldn’t get ahold of them for months to attain my records when I moved out of town, had to drive back in to Santa Cruz and walk in to get anything done. Ridiculous.

They are simply a great team. If I had any reservations about reviving dental care out of a mobile unit, they have been completely disintegrated.

Absolutely fantastic team, especially the project manager (2019-22). Her name escapes me but she is exceptionally good at her job and working with students.

And she has fantastic nails every time!

The staff was so friendly and professional. They walked me through every step and made my appointment and setting up subsequent appointments simple and clear. I have a jaw issue and the nurse and doctor were very understanding and gentle with me.
