My daughter had her assessment completed approximately two months ago and the results were verbalized in an in person meeting. However as of today, we still don't have the finalized report. I've emailed three times and nothing. They keep saying "It's coming soon". The company has been paid by my insurance and our out of pocket co-pay, yet they have not provided us with anything in writing. Absolutely unacceptable.

I had my assessment done back in November. Had an appointment discussing the results of my assessment and was told I should receive the report soon. I have emailed several times about the status and when I would receive the report, and every time, I'm told I should receive it by next week. I resorted to call the center myself, twice, and I still get those same emails that I should receive it the next week. To reiterate; today is March 6. I had my assessment in November. I went over the report via video call on January and was told I would receive it soon.

I've been needing to get that report for accommodations for classes and it is halfway through the semester. I regret not speaking to my psychiatrist about my need for accommodations instead of waiting for a report for months.

My son had to miss his appointment because his service dog of 8 years died. In our grief we decided to take a family trip at the last minute. My son called and explained the circumstances. They received the message because they called back to confirm. They still charged us a $150 cancellation fee because we cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment. They insisted on charging $150 despite the extraordinary circumstances. It seems they have no understanding and are money hungry.
