My experience with this practice has been truly outstanding. From the very beginning, my OB and the entire office staff have been exceptionally supportive, kind, and attentive. I have consistently felt well cared for and respected throughout my visits. I’m grateful for the compassionate care I’ve received and very glad I chose this practice.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I’ve been a long standing patient with OSU, and always make it a point to go to any OSU location whether that be for An urgent care visit, a gyno visit, or anything medical related. Today I called to schedule my annual gyno exam (which you cannot do online) I got connected to a lady in scheduling who was very rude from the start. I still remained pleasant because I don’t know what’s going on in people’s lives and people have bad days so I brushed it off. I told her what I needed to come in for she put me on a brief hole and when she came back on the phone, she said her next available appointment was a year out. I had to chuckle because how are you supposed to schedule an annual exam if they are all booked for the year. I wasn’t mad at her as I know she does not make the schedules But she got rude and so condescending over the phone like it was a personal attack on her that they were booked out for a year. I just wanted to know what my options were and she made it clear that she would not helping me. So rather than make this ladies day worse, I just hung up the phone. I ended up scheduling with Avina woman’s health for next week. OSU’s Website says they are still accepting new patients. How can you accept new patients, If you are booking over a year out? seems crazy to me.

I was scheduled for November 2024, cancelled on the day of the appointment, and have since been cancelled on and rescheduled 4 additional times with no explanation as to why with each appointment getting pushed further and further out. I have been patient, but will now be going somewhere else, as this experience has left me in agony and misery for months, and I no longer trust that I will ever have an appointment that they don't cancel. I can't even comment on the service because they seem determined not to show me any. The scheduling people are lovely, however, and have been the only positive part of this process.

My first time at this OBGYN. Everyone in the office was very nice. I loved Emily Jesson she spoke through everything she would be doing and was very personable! Fast visit with little to no wait time in the lobby or exam room.

Dr Stafford was great. She takes time to listen and ask questions. Definitely recommend her and her staff. Everyone who works in the office were very kind, even when we had to evacuate the building due to a fire alarm. Dirk from the lab assisted with my son's wheelchair and was greatly appreciated. From front desk to exam room, the staff is great.

You don’t dump a patient from your care because their because their birth is suddenly too traumatic for you. Well, I guess the midwives do.

They also act like they’ve never met you before when you can show them that you had several appointments scheduled with them and actually ARGUE with you about it (and your spouse) while tensions are already high.

What’s interesting, I was checked on postpartum by a midwife - she was shocked with the way it was handled and considered it unnecessary.

On top of this my care was incredibly mismanaged. I had hyperemesis from week 8 and couldn’t get anyone to take me seriously until I went to the hospital. I faced severe malnutrition snd weight loss while pregnant because this was ignored. My baby was 3 pounds when she was born, and couldn’t have died. Nobody cared there were warning signs despite me trying to get them to understand.

I showed early signs of hypertension that were ignored, ended up delivering early due to preeclampsia.

My postpartum exam wasn’t done properly or completely and now I’m six months postpartum and still dealing with issues and complications.

My pregnancy, birth experience, and postpartum experience were ruined by the OSU midwives and I will never get this chance or time back.

The staff and location are great. However, my OBGYN isn’t very personable, doesn’t seem to care to answer questions or diagnose. She can’t get out of the exam room fast enough. I only still see her due to convenience, but would not recommend her to others.
