Dr. Farshid helped me come back from a FOOSH injury that was keeping me from doing daily activities with my wrist. This was the first time I'd ever gone to PT and am so pleased with the results! He gave me great exercises to do on my own and worked with me well in the office. Nicole was also great at helping me complete my exercises and was always so kind! I would definitely recommend Ocean Physical Therapy to anyone who has an injury they are working through.

Great experience at Ocean PT. Farshid was the first physical therapist (out of the 4 I've been to over the past 10 years) to actually address the underlying cause of my chronic injury...and fix it! I cannot say enough good things about Farshid and Ocean PT! The staff is kind and knowledgeable. You get actual time with the PT on every visit then the staff work with you for the rest of the time and this is not always the case. Not only am I fully recovered after ACL repair and an unknown knee prognosis, I'm back to my sport and life. They helped get me through and made it enjoyable. I recommend all day.

I had neck pain and radiculopathy and Dr. Farshid helped diagnose my impairments and make a detailed exercise program for me. He spent a lot of time providing me with skilled manual therapy.
