I am fearful of the dentist and even though every practice has their good and bad google reviews, I chose OCDental Center because it was close to home and they only took PPO INSURANCE plans. I first was greeted by Elva, Jackie and a gal named Moe. They all were very welcoming and very excited to see me. I saw the hygienist and then Dr Sabo who is the dentist there. Dr Sabo made me extra comfortable considering I’m very apprehensive especially in a dental chair. I got a deep cleaning a few fillings done. I will sporadically return for appointments due to payment plan arrangements which they really really work with you!! I appreciate that OC Dental Center meets and works within my financial budget and now I can regain confidence knowing that my mouth is a healthy mouth again.

Here is my honest personal review from my experience with OC Dental Center.
First, I do appreciate being seen as a walk-in patient. Not many dentist will do that; however, my experience here has been anything but pleasant. Keep in mind that walking into this place is equivalent to walking into a used car lot where sales people are trying to sell you any and everything to make a quick buck.
Second, I don’t feel that my satisfaction or needs were met after visiting this place and as a result I had to get a second opinion. Although everyone seems friendly and kind, it is only a ploy to convince you to go into extreme debt by signing up for one of their credit cards with ridiculously high interest rates. I would not recommend doing so.
Third, if you are convinced that this is the best option for you then I highly recommend visiting other places first before agreeing to their treatment plans. I really wish I had don’t so. It would have saved me lots of time and money and overall bad experience.
Lastly, I highly encourage you to read other reviews posted on Google or Yelp from other former patients who experience poor service so that you will see that this was not just a one time thing. There are reviews on the OC Dental website but I highly doubt that they are legitimate due to it being their company site. I wasted $7,000 here with hopes that my teeth were in good care and now my teeth are far more sensitive than they have ever been and I had to get them reevaluated with a new treatment plan. Best of luck to whoever puts their health in the hands of Dr. Sabo.

What a difference. I’m so glad I gave this office another try. My experience was way better than the first time. The receptions were wonderful (Vanessa) who got me a quick appt and Leila the hygienist was so great. I loved how well she explained things to me and recommendations she gave were clear, she honestly made all the difference in my new experience here. I loved this experience the best because of the friendliness and how I didn’t feel pushed to get other services. Def recommend you come here now.

I took my son Pablo for his wisdom teeth removal. This offices is the best. They took care of him, made sure he’s comfortable. Dr. Sabo is an experienced dentist. She took time to make sure everything is fine properly. The front office helped me with a payment plan that I can afford. I took him first to another office and they wanted way more money. I highly recommend OC Dental and Dr. Sabo for all your dental needs.

My mom has been taking me her for years. Always have a good comfortable time, front desk is friendly and wanted to give props since they went back and forth on our behalf with insurance to make sure we got the best deal. I recommend this dental office office 100 %

I used to love coming here but there is always new faces in the front ! My favorite was Kim and Ashley they were always super sweet and the actually referred me to go get my lip fillers done with the owners sister and I loved it but coming back here for my cleaning is not the same vibes anymore
