After competing in many different sports with injuries, OC Cryocare has been one of best treatments! My family and I have been going there for 7+ years and all have had wonderful results! While OC CryoCare remains the first and only place I’ve been fortunate enough to feel the benefits of cryotherapy, I’m so happy I came across it back in the day when Chris was set up in Laguna Hills.

For starters, the monthly rate feels more than worthwhile if you’re able to make it in 4-6 times a week; these ~20 minutes have become an incredibly positive, energizing part of my wellness journey.

I’m someone who goes through intense workout cycles (completed a marathon last May; knocked out 3 Barry’s classes today; etc.) 🔥 and often that results in muscle tightness, or worse, injury. Cryo is an awesome way to help expedite the healing process and feel raring to go just a little bit faster.

Moreover, Chris is an awesome guy. He’s warm, family-oriented, fun to chat with—he’s genuinely a male role model for me, a quirky guy in his early 30s. Of course, this is subject to vary based on how you vibe, but I value that he’s cool with this dynamic at all. Feel very grateful to know Chris and would recommend his services to anyone, if you can get an appointment.

Absolutely love OC cryo. As a former basketball player and active lifter, I’ve dealt with back tightness/ and pain for the last couple of years. I heard of OC cryo through a friend and after seeing that one of my favorite NBA players (Klay Thompson) gets treatment there I decided I have to go and I’m very glad I did. I was super nervous my first visit but Dino was very helpful and really made me feel comfortable. The spot treatment hits the spot🤙

OC Cryocare is the best place to get Cryo therapy in South OC! Chris knows what he is doing and really goes out of his way to accommodate you. He truly cares about you and your healing. I had rotator cuff surgery and he was part of the team that got me back to weightlifting and in top form. I go weekly for maintenance and love it! Can't say enough good things. Thanks, Chris!

Was recommended to this facility as a result of a car accident.
Chris the owner is incredible! Genuinely cares about what is happening to you physically and personally. Makes such a difference when you’re vulnerable.
My inflammation has subsided, the pain is at a minimum and I will never give this up.
The location is perfect, the facility clean, and everyone I’ve crossed paths with are clearly as committed to caring for their bodies in a healthy way.
The treatments are quick but the effects are long lasting and an addition to my daily routine.

You have to get over to see Chris and the coolest literally experience you’ll ever have. Chris explains everything and answers all your questions. Just follow directions and two minutes later, you are changed forever. I’m a regular now. I have never experienced anything like it before. I have two chronic pain disorders and the cold instantly takes it all away for the rest of the night. You still feel the changes in your metabolism, pain, muscles and joints even if you don’t go that day. Check it out for yourself. AMAZING!! Thanks Chris!
