My father had a heart attack 2 months ago and just got home from the hospital recently. At Doctors suggestion, he was needing a hospital bed because his current bed is too high for him to be able to easily get in and out of bed. My mom has got to use a lift to lift him out of bed because he isn't able to move on his own.

Stephanie who is one of the owners had given a date of delivery to be today. I came over this morning and disassembled his current bed and moved it into the next room so his new bed could be set up in that spot. This room is not wheelchair accessible so he had no way of laying back down until the new bed was delivered.

My mom had my dad in his wheelchair for hours waiting for this bed to be delivered, meanwhile he had used the bathroom on himself and my mom couldnt change him because there was no bed for her to lay him down on. So he sat in a soiled pullover for hours, all while still waiting for this bed to be delivered. Finally Stephanie does call, but tells my mom that the bed hadn't been delivered to their facility, and that it should be here tomorrow. So, no bed and nowhere for my dad to lay down and rest and no way to safely change soiled undergarments.

My mom, not knowing what to do now asks her what can be done, and Stephanie basically tells her she has no control over the delivery truck to their facility. Which i understand that, but instead of offering a solution to this predicament she basically just said sorry she can't do anything and according to my mom she had a very rude attitude and acted like she didn't care.

It really made my mom furious, and longer story short, she contacted her medical people that referred this company and asked if they would please request at least a temporary bed to be delivered in the meantime, because she didn't even want to talk to Stephanie anymore.

The temporary bed was delivered in the later part of the afternoon. After I found out how that was handled, I called Stephanie and told her how unprofessional she was with how she handled the situation. She at first deflected blame onto the delivery truck, but after telling her about how bad she handled everything and her unprofessional attitude with all this, and not being a little more empathetic towards my mom, she changed her tone a little and did apologize and take full responsibility for what happened.

I do appreciate her finally owning up to all this, but this whole situation was handled very badly.

Hopefully she learns from this and doesn't treat anyone else like she treated my mom.

Stephanie's husband called my mom the following morning and deeply apologized and was very nice and professional and made sure to make this right. He was great.

Maybe Stephanie was having a bad day, or maybe customer service just isn't her expertise.
I will be raising my star rating because of this.

My initial contact with this company was a phone call to inquire about service work for a power chair I was considering purchasing online. I spoke with a very helpful young man named Robert and found that this company also sold the particular chair I was interested in and it was cheaper to purchase through them than online. I gave it some thought, called Robert back the next week and he placed the order. The chair arrived in less than a week and I went to pick it up. Robert was very professional, courteous and pleasant to do business with. He showed me how everything worked on the chair and gave me all the information I needed to operate and care for it. He even loaded it into my truck and secured it for me. I am very impressed with the service that I have received and will definitely do business with this company again.

If you feel like you're not welcome, trust your gut. Run! I felt unwelcome. It felt bad because I had fresh surgery and was overwhelmed but had a simple request about what mobility aids they had to offer. It was like I had asked the
employee to wake up. This store was recommended to me originally by a UAMS doctor who wanted me measured properly for compression stockings. I didn't feel right about that visit but gave it another chance because it's close to home. That was a mistake. Maybe others are welcomed and served without such an aloof attitude. A helpful attitude always helps. I didn't feel that way and chose to go elsewhere.
My family finally felt taken care of and treated normally elsewhere with our cash money and polite manners.

I had 2 surgeries that required me to obtain supplies for walking, etc. The People at Obrien Healthcare provided me with excellent service and products that made my recovery much easier and comfortable. Thank you Doug and Brently for all your help! You guys are awesome!! I would give you 100 stars if I could! I am walking without a limp for the first time in a decade. You will be highly recommended to my friends and family!!

At first I believe there was some misunderstandings on both sides. My niece took over and met with Robert. He was very nice and helpful. He explain in details what was needed for my father to get a wheelchair. I got the phone call this week he will be getting a wheelchair. Thanks you Robert for your help.

Tell the whole story Gail: not the version used to illicit an emotional response from readers checking out the page. If your chair was broken it's because you broke it. Medicare doesn't cover abuse to medical equipment, in fact it's considered insurance fraud if you bill for repairs on an abused item. That's illegal, no matter how emotional and/or dramatic a story you want to tell. Its funny to see how someone can be emotional enough to rant for a paragraph, yet callused enough to try and destroy someone's business. If insurance bought it for you, you still have to treat it like you paid for it. I do business with this company now and they help so many people its crazy. That's why you're the only one on here complaining.

If I could give 0 stars or -stars I would. This is the most unprofessional place I have dealt with! My husband is a left bka & is stuck wherever he is without a wheelchair. I had to take the wheelchair in for them to look at to see what parts needed to be ordered to repair. No loaners. Was told parts would be in in 2 weeks~2 MONTHS later I was told parts would be in a certain date & to bring it in for repair that day. Luckily I wasn't able to since the parts were NOT in. Talked to them 2 days ago & was told to bring it in today. Trip from Benton to Little Rock only to be told, sorry, he is not in today!!! But you can leave it for repairs. What do you people not understand about my husband being STUCK without a wheelchair!!! Can't even go to bathroom. Customers are your main priority I say BULL!!!!!

Visited there today to get a transport chair for my mother. Service was friendly and informative. Would definitely go there again if my mom needs medical supplies. Fair prices and great service!
