Pat, the Director of the Traditions Unit, leads her team with compassion and professionalism. She’s always attentive and works tirelessly to ensure both residents and staff are well-supported.

The entire Traditions Unit team has shown genuine dedication to creating a welcoming and caring environment. Even as we navigated the usual challenges that come with working together for the first time, Pat and her staff were always ready to listen, collaborate, and find solutions.
