Best pharmacy in the east bay hands down!
The bigger companies don’t have the staff or time to personalize service, you can’t blame the pharmacist. However, oak grove is THE ONLY place I will fill my RX forever! I hope they never decide to close their doors or get pushed out by big pharma or rent! Top notch service and an eagerness to please. I adore them !

I love this place. They offer fast, friendly, and competent service, including being able to work creatively when necessary to deal with e.g. medication shortages. Almost all of the things I find so frustrating about Walgreens and CVS are just not an issue here. The only thing I wish were different would be longer hours, but I understand that would be hard.

I am so happy that Oak Grove Pharmacy is my local pharmacy!!! The pharmacist’s there are so thoughtful, knowledgeable, and kind. Akram is the pharmacist that normally helps me.
I had originally called this pharmacy to get info on how to get access to medication while having medi-cal insurance because I was having trouble getting care.

He went out of his way to get me the right phone numbers I needed to schedule appointments and now I’m all set up through medi-cal with his help even though he had no obligation to help me. He simply just cared.

This pharmacy is amazing, they care and help you unlike big retailers only in it for the $. Can't say enough good things about them great prices, ultra fast service, medical advice and referals. They care about their patients and it shows I'll never use a chain pharmacy again!!!

Oak Grove Pharmacy is simply amazing! Akram (the pharmacist) is always ready to assist and provide fantastic advice. Their prices are incredibly affordable and I haven't had a question that the pharmacist couldn't answer. Their service is quick, efficient, & hassle-free. They even offer delivery services! I highly recommend them!

Grateful, there are still family owned businesses in the Bay Area that are welcoming like Oak Grove Pharmacy. My prescription transfer went smoothly and haven't gone back to CVS since. Nasar has always been accommodating and fully transparent with regards to my specific needs. Sometimes it's good to know there are still neighborhood pharmacies that make you feel less like a number, and that more personable on a case by case basis. Same quick turn around as any major pharmacy without feeling they're just trying to fulfill a quota.

I never do these but feel like I need to… So I’ve been going to Oak Grove pharmacy for maybe 10yrs. When I started going there, the farther was running things. At 1st as most I was just a casual customer(young kid), a few yrs in he knew me by name and always made sure I was ok and got what I needed, always so kind. Now his son runs it and not that long at all he knew me by name and took interest in helping me or recommending alternative routes. He would stay late so I could pick up my perscdiption and even on last min notice on holidays would hang around so myself and others had their scripts over long holidays, etc. My health has been on the rocks for a few yrs now, with an uncertain diagnosis and during this time he has shown great concern, giving advice health/life unrelated, looking up things to get better understanding, I mean just TOP NOTCH service and family. There’s not another place I would rather go.

Honestly 11/10 pharmacy ! Their service is always top of the line, they respond and refill fast, + doesn’t typically have a long wait time.
They are always kind/understanding, so theres a big difference compared to the franchise pharmacies I’ve been to prior!
If you catch Akram as your pharmacist, you won’t have to wait long, he’s the best!
