My mom stayed here recently and her stay started out well. My mom had a UTI and the staff lied to our family twice. They stated that they ran tests and my mom was cleared of her infection. She was sent out to St. Vincent ER and they said that she had a UTI and was confused and combative. Once they admitted my mom and treated her,she improved so much. When the hospital tried to send her back to Good Shepherd, they denied her after they told the family that she would be able to come back. They can't be trusted and I wouldn't recommend them!!

My husband Russell was a client for several weeks in the rehab section. He & I were so impressed with the level of care he received each day. The staff were always super nice from nursing to housekeeping. The whole place was always kept super clean. The food was good. I was always glad when they had fish it was so good.It is always so hard to have to make a decision to put a loved one in a facility for what ever reason but I was so fortunate that we chose this one because we could not have gotten better care . I will be forever grateful to all the staff for being so kind & taking such good care of my husband. Thank you all so much.

This facility is top-notch! The administration and staff took excellent care of my father. From the caring and loving atmosphere provided for the residents to the attentiveness to every detail was so apparent to my family. The staff also came along side me and took care of my mother in which she needed rehabilitation also. I would highly recommend this facility for any member of your family and you can feel very comfortable knowing that they are cared for in every aspect of their daily living! Thank you again Good Shepherd for being part of my family and taking care of my loved ones!!! You definitely deserve a 5-star!!!

Run! This place is a joke. If you care for your loved ones or want to consider going yourself, find another location. The Director sucks, the care is horrible and if you think you're going to get rehabilitated or therapy, it won't happen! No one takes accountability and will blame the next, for their lack there of.

My mom loves the staff and they love her. She recently had to go to the hospital and kept asking when she could go home because she missed her friends. That means a lot to me knowing that she is well taken care of and not left unattended. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the aides and nurses for all they do and the attention and love they show my mama.

I had a close encounter with death and.was transferred from a local hospital to Good Shepherd Rehab. I can't say enough good things about the kind nurses and CNA staff....they were always kind & very accommodating to me as a patient. The recovery team is top notch in physical therapy & occupational therapy which engaged me &
others daily..The whole Place is Clean and the food is fair & above. A. Good Place for yourself or a loved one!

Made my mom worse. Awful communication skills. They do not tell you whats going on. Money skimmers. Took blood from my mom twice and did not tell us one time, when I called to ask what it was for they couldn't tell me and the said I don't know about the second time did we do it twice! She went in using a walker and able to do some things to doing absolutely nothing and she's know in a wheelchair! Don't do it!

My husband was recently a rehab patient. He was there for two weeks before I noticed that they had not taken out his dentures, partials or brushed his teeth. He was transferred to another room and I found him in a different bed. I found his wheelchair alarm not connected once and not on his chair another time. CNA's and aides changed routinely and the excuses were he's new to me. Edema in his legs. Very unprofessional. He had multiple inflamed scabs on his legs that are being treated now. My husband came home missing most of his belongings. I had been complaining about clothes lost from the very beginning of his stay. PT never got him walking. His first in home therapy session yesterday he walked 21 feet and today 44 ft. I would definitely not recommend.
