Nova Care entire staff is always welcoming and very caring throughout your recovery. The atmosphere in the facility is always positive and motivating. Maria and Joel are very knowledgeable, very detailed, and wonderfully patient. I have had PT a number of times in the past at different facilities and this was my best experience!

This facility is made amazing by therapist, Maria Bogdanova, Joel and secretary Megan. Maria is thorough, knowledgeable and thoughtful. She shows genuine care for all her patients and works precise plans on recovery. Megan is courteous, kind and brings a light hearted cheery atmosphere to the facility. Megan diligently ensures that patients are scheduled accordingly while meeting their needs.

The staff is wonderful, and they brought me from a state of injured and in pain and miserable, due to a knee injury, to much stronger leg muscles than before. Maria was so accommodating to my situation having to bring my infant in her car seat when I had no sitter. She has been compassionate, attentive, and informative. The receptionist, Megan, has always been welcoming, friendly, and thorough with my scheduling.In the few times I worked with Joel, he was very helpful with body mechanics and explaining why and how my exercises would help my knee. It’s a small facility but that’s what I like about it, being a person who gets overwhelmed in rooms with too many people and too much noise. These issues don’t present themselves at Wyomissing Novacare because of its un-intimidating size and the environment the staff, as a whole, create.

Maria was wonderful, tailoring a recovery program specifically to my needs after knee surgery. I had about 6 weeks for PT to get me back into hiking form before vacation and they were able to do it! Their use of ultrasound was especially helpful in reducing the swelling & scarring. Thank you!

Their facility is clean and organized, and everyone is more than happy to answer questions and are truly dedicated to making your therapy as effective as possible. They want you to heal and improve, and that's exactly what I did.
