His knowledge and understanding of my situation made me so very comfortable. He is patient and explaines every step we take. As an amputee, I’ve already had my share of therapy in-house and in the hospital. However, since coming to NovaCare, I’ve made considerable progress. I attribute it all to Melissa, who’s been absolutely wonderful in helping me to walk once again and using a cane. This is in just 2-3 months. Remarkable actually.

Prior to this, I was having hard time with everything. For example, I couldn’t make it up the front porch steps without significant help. Pathetic and a sad sight for sore eyes. Going down the steps wasn’t a whole lot better to be sure. Pitiful! Now what may have taken 15 to 20 minutes to get in the house, I’m now doing it in 10-15 seconds. That’s a milestone for me.

In my book, Melissa is a consummate pro. She has a great staff as well. Truly, she’s a “diamond amongst the rocks!” She makes it happen and she listens to your concerns as well. Others can easily learn from her. She’ll work with you closely and help you reach your goals. No nonsense. You would be hard-pressed to find anyone like her … anywhere!

In conclusion, she has a sweet personality on top of her professionalism, and a healthy sense of humor for good measure. If you are looking for outstanding physical rehabilitation, your search is over. Mine is! Melissa Antonoplos is aces with me. The “Top Gun” of physical therapy!
