This facility is not just staffed with knowledgeable physical therapists and a great receptionist — it is filled with positive energy. A very good environment conducive for a patient focused on recovering effectively.

Maddy is absolutely amazing — a 20 out of 10 PT. The work we’ve done on my knees, shoulder and core has helped my recovery tremendously. She knows her stuff and takes her practice seriously. Special thank you for educating me on hyper mobility conditions. I love how personable she is and always look forward to coming to see her. That’s professionally and personally 😀

Lori, Kristina and Brittany (sp?) have helped also with explaining to me how my injuries are functioning, alternative cardio work and Lori always makes sure my billing is updated and never a dollar over. And I’ve observed Ryan taking his work and patients seriously. Great addition to the clinic.

I’ve been to various PT clinics and none are as welcoming and helpful as Novacare in KOP. They genuinely care about their patients well-being and even have weekly reviews where they discuss current treatment plans for their clients and this has proven to add to my rehabilitation tremendously. I can’t say enough amazing things about my experience with NovaCare Rehabilitation KOP, more specifically my experience working with Maddy Jackson. I started seeing Maddy about 6 months ago following a new diagnosis of Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder. Any new diagnosis is a scary daunting thing. Having Maddy as part of my care web has been instrumental to my progress. Not only have I become stronger in our time together but I have a better understanding of my hypermobile body, how to exercise safely, how to care for myself during pain flares and subluxations, other professionals to add to my care web, and so much more. Maddy works collaboratively with my doctor and is always learning. She makes sure to share new information and resources with her patients. I look forward to PT every week because I know it will be a place I get to learn, heal, and be seen as a whole person.

This might be the best rehab facility in the Tri-state area. Maddie,Brittany, And Marissa are two of the most knowledgeable people when it comes to PT that I have ever met. Elizabeth at the front desk is always so cheerful and friendly even super early in the morning. She’s super helpful anytime I have a scheduling conflict. Maddie, Marissa and Brittany all treated me as if they were caring for a family member and tailored my Pt specifically for me not just some by the book nonsense they really want to get you back to 100% as fast as possible. Not only are they highly professional but very kind and fun to be around they make PT enjoyable and a place I look forward to visiting. They are all super clean and make sure that everything is sanitized properly. The facility is always dusted and clean. The Equipment is also always very clean and well organized. This facility is the cream of the crop hands down. Highly recommended.
