1 star just because there’s not an option for 0. No complaints with the doctors, they are wonderful, but assistants, staff and specially front desk are so rude.

Dr. Lutz herself gets five stars. She is a very respectful and kind doctor. However, the billing service call center that Northwest Primary Care uses is extremely difficult to work with. We have 2 forms of insurance coverage through Regence, and it has taken 6 months of countless calls and waiting on hold to even get the billing office to send a claim to Regence. The billing office has now sent our bill to a debt collection company. Over $1000 for 3 annual check ups for our family, which our insurance covers. Very frustrating.

Front desk is so rude. It's 2023 and they were telling me I have to wear a mask on my face, I did not want to which I believe is my choice and scientifically masks don't work. We love Dr Lutz but the staff that runs the front is extremely difficult every time I come in and rude. One of the times I came in they said I was 5 minutes late but they were not checking me in and that's why I was late.

I am sad to leave this review. I love the Dr I’ve seen here and would go back for general checkups. However, I’m really frustrated that it’s now going to have taken about a month for them to get the paperwork done for a prescription I need (assuming it’s actually taken care of this time). I’ve called them a week after the first appointment, had the pharmacy contact them twice, gone back in and asked about it and now called again and they have no update for me. This prescription is the whole reason I made the appointment in the first place so I’m really disappointed.

No complaints with the doctors or staff that provide care, they have always been wonderful, my issue is with BILLING! What a joke!
Brought my daughter for a sick child visit with a different provider than usual in January and still dealing with the fallout from it. Was told someone billed the insurance wrong and the resulting balance was in error and they were "emailing someone" to fix it. A month goes by, then got a late notice on the balance, call again, this time to the billing office. They say I've actually overpaid and the balance is going to be resolved and they are going to send me a check actually. "Zero Balance" the say....
Another month goes by and get a notice the balance was sent to COLLECTIONS! I call collections, they say to call billing, I call billing, they say call the clinic, call the clinic, they say to call billing, I call billing, they are going to have the clinic call me......What the actually heck!? I'm still waiting for someone "higher up" to review, someone in billing sent another email.....
This is ridiculous. This company is totally incompetent in the billing area, wherever they are. I've had other more simple billing or claim confusions prior with them that have also required time and effort on my part to not get screwed over. I am a busy mom, as we all are. I don't have time for this. I pay my bills, heck, I can afford to pay this stupid balance, it's just the principle of the matter. I'm not gonna overpay because the billing office is incompetent on how to file a claim and send emails.

I saw Dr. Lutz for my ears and she was so kind and gentle and very understanding. She was helpful and so friendly. I’ll definitely come back when my primary doctor isn’t available.
