Dr. Shovlin and ALL of his staff go above and beyond! Special thanks to Bobby, Patty and Ricky. Fantastic customer service from everyone at Northeast eye! That level of service is hard to come by these days. I highly recommend Northeastern Eye!

Amazing experience on the first visit.Dr.flickinger was amazing just asking me different questions and was in a out of the office very fast and the machine was very impressed cause I never seen any other eye office having a eye pressure machine. All the staff was amazing and very friendly. The only thing I have to say if when you order your glasses it might take longer than 3 weeks.
Edited: just got my glasses and they look amazing and the quality is amazing too

Very well organized office. Appointments occur on time with very little to no waiting involved. Everyone working there that comes into contact with patients is professional and friendly. Dr. Boland is a wonderful doctor who is warm and makes you feel heard and well-cared for. Just an all around positive experience.

Very professional and efficient. Very pleasant staff, everyone smiling. Everything was explained to me as i went along. Great selection of glasses/ sunglasses. I have already recommended thos office to 2 other people!!

Very pleasant and professional. Dr. Boland OD was easy to talk with and answered all my questions with thoughtfulness and care. The assistant who administered my initial tests was also courteous, friendly, kind and professional.
I was also pleased with the process of frame and lens selection. No pushing certain styles or brands. (Previous eyecare centers I’ve been to have sales people who push services and products and I found that uncomfortable and distasteful)
This facility has clean, spacious and comfortable waiting and reception areas.
A 360 degree professional and pleasant experience.

Northeastern was there when I needed them. I was having a problem with my vision and they took me is within a few hrs and diagnosed my problem. Great customer service and excellent diagnostics!
