This was my 1st Visit to this Practice, and being a loyal Patient to my previous Dentist for over 50 Years, who was recently taken over by a Major Chain! Service has been going down hill. My crown came lose for the second time in a month and the second time the lady was cleaning it up and I heard it hit the floor and she said did you know that it's chipped. I said no it was not when I handed it to you. They would not admit that they did it. Then when I went to another dentist they found that I was missing part of a filling on another tooth and there was some decay under my crown.

I have gone to this dentist for the past 8+ years. I find the place to be clean and everyone there is very friendly. I usually get the same hygentist and she is very nice and not rough on the gums as some can be. I like the fact that they have evening hours and usually can fit me in with short notice. I am over 40 and never had a cavity. I know that has alot to do with genetics but I would think it also is indicitive of the service a dentist provides over the years too. Nothing to say but good things about Northeastern Dental Associates.
