Ale is simply the best at finding the root cause of your mobility issues. Not only is she patient, caring, understanding, and immensely well-versed on the anatomy of the body, she also has a keen sense of finding the right location and using the perfect pressure to treat you. She is my go-to "body mechanic". Highly recommend!

Ale has a magic touch. When I first went to her I could barely turn my neck in either direction. It took a little time and dedication to appointments, and exercises that she gave me to help strengthen and loosen things up, but I can completely rotate my head in both directions now! She is so dedicated to finding the source and following it through to the end. I just can’t say enough wonderful things about Ale and the pain relief she has brought to me. She is as kind as she is gifted with the art of massage therapy.

Ale is the real deal. She is incredibly adept at finding the root of issues and solving them. Last week I couldn’t walk without having to brace my foot, and after only one 30 minute appointment I experienced a near-complete recovery. It is so relieving to find someone who can truly help you when you are experiencing an injury. Cannot recommend her highly enough! 10/10

I recently experienced a massage with Ale and was thoroughly impressed with her professionalism and expertise. From the initial consultation to the treatment itself, Ale demonstrated a deep understanding of my needs and tailored the session accordingly. The environment was calming, and Ale's technique was both precise and therapeutic. I noticed a significant improvement in my sholder and neck and left the session feeling revitalized. I highly recommend Ale for anyone seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated massage therapist. Her attention to detail and commitment to client care are truly exceptional.

Ale is a healer for real. After years of physical labor that left me with some limits to my movement she has restored my mobility and flexibility to the point I feel 10 years younger. I can touch my toes and reach the middle of my back again!

I was recommended Alejandra from a medical professional friend because of Alejandra’s ability to find and work through issues. I went to Alejandra with hip flexors that were hindering my daily life and passion of running. While it’s still a work in progress, I have been able to return to running regularly again because of her ability to find and work on problem muscle groups and help me with at home exercises and stretching techniques. I definitely recommend Alejandra.

Ale is super knowledgeable in the human anatomy and how the body functions. I came to her with a passionate hobby of mine being hindered by pain and lack of movement and with one session she was able to fix that issue. She is also super willing to put in the extra time to show stretches and various exercises to help prevent any issues from recurring. You can genuinely tell she cares about her clients and wants to make long term corrections. 10/10 recommend.

I went in for a therapeutic massage due to a “kink” in my neck I’d been nursing for quite some time. Ale listened to my complaint, explained to me how she would approach our hour together and got to work. Not only did I leave almost completely pain free but two days later I’m feeling even better. She was patient and addressed the most sensitive part of my neck in a way that did not cause more discomfort. I’m looking forward to more sessions and having even more freedom of movement in my neck and back soon.
