Came in for a routine stress test arrived before my apt time of 1pm 3/11/19 at the Clarksummit location.

I checked in with receptionist and was told they be with me shortly. 45 mins passed I’m still waiting at this point patients are arriving and leaving, by 2 hours I was still waiting to be called into for start of my test and finally by 345pm I went up to reception and asked why I wasn’t taken in for my apt.. she had no answer just looked at her screen again said what’s your name ? She had no answer and just looked at me . I then was told she have call me with apt later date.

I never in my life had experienced such poor service at any other doctors office that I had visited for tests or medical apts. My previous apt was for a EKG a Week prior to this , same experience because I was 15 mins late I was told by the receptionist in Scranton office I’d have be rescheduled for later apt .

People have jobs and families to get too , obviously didn’t matter with this facility.

I have ask myself what kind of care and treatment does this place think is acceptable. I left so stressed and aggravated with my experience from both places that it took me few hours to calm down and rest , I will follow up with office manger and Dr. Barrasse .

👎🏼I honestly don’t think either receptionists did their jobs correctly for this situation to happen twice .

The Best Cardiology doctors who are above and beyond ...you may have to wait when you get there..but their team is thoroughly caring and knowledgeable
