This was my first time there, and it was a beautiful facility. I will probably go there for most of my tests from now on. I was able to have three different tests or procedures done all within an hour and a half.

Don't even bother it takes months to get in and the dressing area is co-ed, I was made to sit in a hospital gown for 45 mins while men walked in and out and one sat down beside me trying to make small talk. SO humiliating.

Hi A27 here and that what you are just a number to process. Rude greeter they don't even try to use your name. Nurse that don't remember thing you ask them to check. And Dr having to do hard sells on test. What happen to the old Dr offices where they knew your name?

I work in a physician's office and it is extremely difficult to speak to a human who knows anything about lab results when you call the number listed. You are directed to call a different number from the one listed and the person there says she knows nothing because the labs were drawn in North Fayette and not wherever she is, and you have to call the original number which... again... directs you to the phone number of the lab tech that knows nothing. So, four phone calls later, I still have no results and no information regarding missing results to report to the doctor.

The new AHN medical offices are now open. Primary care and express clinic, blood lab, imaging and behavioral health services are offered here.

Many of the physicians and labs were in the old Pine Hollow medical center on Church Hill road. This office is much nicer, with ample parking and a much better waiting room for the blood lab.
The new building is slightly hidden behind the North Fayette Walmart, in the same plaza as Mattress Firm and Old Navy.

Clean. Signage could be better. Easy to get to and enter. Take a number and sit down to your right when you arrive. My only issue is you cant get in easily if someone cancels their appointment.
