Well suppose have pre surgery examination but it was messed up Steve s point orthopedic surgeons did not come. Communicate. So did another physical next week 4 days before surgery . Theme noble did not communicate with oskosh heart doctor . Mostly because all 3 parties medical computers not talking. Justa disaster ended doing same thing 3x. Definitely need some manangeent not in right field

I've been going here for years. And most know me by name. I always recieve great care and feel heard when I have concerns for my medical and behavioral health needs! Dr. Rincon truly makes you feel comfortable and is willing to go above and beyond for your care. Receptionists are very polite.

Been going here for almost 6 to 7 years. Dr.Rincoln is the best ! He’s always listened to me and been there for me . The day my sister passed I had to come in and Dr.Rincoln knew here so he just opened his arms out and held me as I cried. All of the staff are very nice and It’s been only positive for me.

So thankful for Noble Community Clinics. They’ve seen all of my children and done a wonderful job on their dental appointments. All the staff has been so friendly and helpful. Scheduling can be tedious but that’s to be expected. Having realistic expectations is helpful when scheduling. I know they want to serve as many people in the community as they can and I’m thankful they do such a great job.

Absolutely A++!! Professionalism! Friendly staff!! Cleanliness!! Attention to Health Safety! They offer payment plans for those without ins and for those who have insurance to help w copays, etc. All services offered, Dental, Physicians, and Behavioral Health and Drive up Pharmacy. It might take quite awhile to get in but it's worth the wait and they have emergency dental if it can't wait. A very respectable, highly professional place to go!!

I am a 95 year old woman. Dr Javier Rincon is the BEST Doctor I ever had. He takes the time to answer ALL my questions. I never feel rushed and he generous with his time. He even did a phone call to my house to check in on me after a difficult prognosis. I recommend him to everyone in the area.

Dr Morsy performed oral surgery to remove an impacted lower wisdom tooth. He knew he was not qualified to perform this surgery but did it anyway. He never explained the risks to me prior to surgery. The clinic did not have nitrous oxide to ease the pain and is therefore is not adequately equipped for oral surgery. Dr Morsy caused me whiplash due to the brutal force he used. A root broke off my tooth, and he was using such force on my jaw that he slipped with the tool and gouged my outer throat, severing nerves. I screamed, but he never even acknowledged the pain. He simply said "we'll take a break". It has been a year now since this traumatic experience. I have permanent damage to the nerves that stimulate my salivary glands, causing severe dehydration. My bottom right chin and lip are still numb. My throat feels as though I have strep throat all of the time. I have been diagnosed with major depression and PTSD. I still receive chiropractic care for the whiplash and jaw trauma. Corporate compliance tells me this wasn't surgery and Dr Morsy was not negligent in any way . That "this kind of thing happens all the time."
