Nikki was the worst representation of what healthcare in America (or anywhere else, really) should be. Rushed, dismissive and pretty much deaf to anything I said. She swirled into the exam room, carried on an unintelligible monologue facing away from me for about 8 minutes, then came to a premature and uninformed conclusion about *my* health before refilling an incorrect dose on one of my ongoing medications and then swirling back out never to be seen again. Literally, as per the rest of the staff, she was nowhere to be found to correct the medication dose error and was believed to have “left for the day” at 10 AM (the clinic had opened at 9:30). I can’t imagine having gone through the extensive education and preparation required to be a healthcare provider to then end up providing this mediocre level of care to the community you serve. What a waste and a shame.
