I started going to Dr. Hoang in 2020 after not getting regular dental care for many years. I was very nervous, but everyone in the office was so kind and they made me feel very comfortable. They came up with a care plan on how to improve my dental health and took the time to show me how to properly care for my teeth at home.
I had several procedures done in the office that consisted of extractions and implants in addition to cleanings. Each time, Dr. Hoang was very thorough with after care instructions and made herself available to help if anything arose. She was very flexible with her schedule and remembers me and our journey together and is very supportive and celebrates how far I’ve come which encourages me to keep going strong.
I appreciate her and her team so much, I don’t see myself going anywhere else for the foreseeable future.

Dr. Hoang and her staff are the nicest, friendliest and caring group of women. They are always there to help you whether it's dealing with insurance, scheduling or emergencies. Nicole Hoang, DMD dentist office is hands down one of the best in the Pleasant Hill area. If you’re looking for a Family Dentist this would be it. My son and I have been part of this dentist office for about 3+ years and we get the VIP treatment every time we are there.

Dr. Hoang and her team are AMAZING!!!! Dr. Hoang always makes sure you get the proper treatment and is very honest and always finds solutions to any dental problems.

Alicia is the front office Coordinator. Alicia has a heart of Gold she is so sweet, Caring and welcoming. When scheduling she’s always so helpful and accommodating to my son’s school schedule.

My Dental Hygienist Rocio, is the best!! She is so sweet and caring and makes my son and I feel like family. She is Amazing with my son, so patient and caring and makes my son feel at easy when he gets his teeth cleaned.

This dentist office is really clean, organized, and modern. All the instruments and equipments used during your visit are brand new out the package. The hygienist, dental assistant, etc always keep there areas clean of debris and are showtime ready.

I only have positive things to say about this dental office and staff and I’m glad we joined Nicole Hoang, Dentist office years ago. Thank you !!

I'm a fairly new client as of this year-2024 to the Nicole Hoang DMD - Dental office and was referred by my wife! I have been extremely happy with the service that I have received, and I'm especially happy with how they make you feel very comfortable in what we can all attest to can be a very uncomfortable setting! Who really looks forward to going to the Dentist! LOL. But, for being a new client, this office and group of professionals have already made me feel like a family member and a long time client from the time I walk into the office, through out the procedures, and through the scheduling of next appointments! I love how they keep you posted with reminder text and emails just prior to your visitation date.

The best dentist I’ve ever been to. Everyone is so caring from when you enter and get greeted to when you get to your seat and open your mouth. Appreciate all the work those guys do, very thorough work with a lot of patience. Very great place!

I’ve been seeing Dr Hoang for several years and she’s so good! Very proactive and keeps a close eye on my dental health. Rosie, my hygienist, is also awesome and really knowledgeable, and Alicia at the front desk always makes me feel welcome. I feel very well cared for!
