I have been to many physical therapy providers over the last 10 years. Most are like factories where each therapist is working on 3-4 people concurrently. There is a set therapy for each diagnosis and the therapists do not stray from that. Working with Kim has been the exact opposite of that experience. Kim is very educated on many different modalities. She is a partner who is actually invested in each individual she works with. She asks for and listens to feedback and and is dedicated to improving her clients' lives. If you work with Kim you can be sure she will go to the ends of the Earth to improve your condition. I have never had a therapist contact me outside of a therapy session to send links to articles or to say they were thinking about me and sending links to exercises I might be willing to try. This is an example of how Kim goes out of her way for each client. If all PT was modeled after how client focused Kim's practice is then I believe many more people would be back to "normal" much, much sooner.

Kim Malandra is an exceptional physical therapist who I have been seeing for a range of physical challenges. She employs an effective combination of manual therapy and customized exercises tailored to specific
areas that need the most attention.

Her exercises usually combine multiple body parts so you are addressing different challenge areas at the same time. She demonstrates each exercise so it is easier to replicate and stays actively involved.
She is always positive and motivated which helps you stay motivated yourself. It is nice to know the “why” behind what you are doing and Kim explains the why so you have a better understanding. Kim pays close attention to the details so you have proper form and technique. Kim takes a personal interest in her client’s well being and is a truly caring person. Kim also takes an active interest in your out of PT exercise program and provides helpful tips and videos. I will continue to see Kim for PT and my only regret is I did not start with her a few years ago when I received her name as a potential PT resource.

Dr. Kim is the best physical therapist I have have ever worked with. She really cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to ensure that they feel comfortable and heard in their sessions. Her diagnostic skills are excellent and she thinks outside of the box when it comes to patient care. I was extremely hesitant coming into physical therapy. Not only because of the pandemic, but also because I was scared of facing my diagnosis.
I had no idea what to expect, but Kim made it such an easy and enjoyable experience for me. After leaving my very first session, I had a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. Kim is professional, compassionate, and knowledgable. I have never trusted a healthcare worker more than I trust her.

Kim goes out of her way each week to make sure I am given exercises that are both therapeutic and challenging. With her help, I am seeing so much improvement in myself, and I am confident that I will be able to workout better than I ever have before because of her techniques.

I have never once felt unsafe due to COVID-19. We both wear masks for the entirety of our session, and a screening process is completed at the beginning of each appointment.

Kim is the BEST. I genuinely look forward to coming into physical therapy each week, and my only regret is not coming to her sooner! If you are looking for a physical therapist, I would 100% come to Kim at Next Level Rehabilitation.

Dr. Kim is one of a kind. She is the best therapists I have ever had. I fortunately met her over 4 years ago. I am a pilates practitioner, and Kim was treating one of my clients who had some very serious issues, and over time, his recovery was remarkable. I reached out to her and we connected.
