Let me start by saying I despise going to the dentist. Always have.
That being said, this place is the cream of the crop as far as dental offices are concerned. Each member of the staff, from the receptionist all the way up to the Doc him self, is kind, welcoming, patient, and professional. They are always willing to offer a smile, answer questions, and generally bring comfort to a generally uncomfortable situation. 10/10 would recommend

I love this Dentist. He is awesome. He makes you feel very comfortable and continually asks you if you are OK. He’s very personal, professional and knowledgable. His staff is always sweet, helpful and personal as well. Alissa cleaned my teeth, she was super sweet, professional and thorough. That you New Smile family for always doing an awesome job!! Staff is very friendly, very helpful. There was a spot open and let me get my fillings done today instead of having to return to my appointment tomorrow. The staff is very personable, professional, and is doing a very good job.

Really amazing place to go. From the receptionist already knowing my name when I walked into Jessica getting me in right away! I'm already anxious to go to a dentist, but he and Jessica made me feel extremely comfortable. They continuously asked me if I was ok. I have a very long journey ahead of me, and I'm so glad to have found Jessica and the Dr. There isn't a single person in the office who wasn't welcoming and very friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done, especially in the long term. They make sure you are aware of aftercare, and Jessica even checked in on me to make sure everything was OK. This is definitely the place to go!

My experience here was not very helpful. I hadn't been to the dentist in a very long time and had never had fillings before; I needed 8 of them ( 4 on each side). The receptionist was nice to me and eased my guilt over having "not so healthy" teeth. The dentists themselves, however, were rather cold, not very professional, and overall just inattentive. I was not told how the procedure would go and was not warned that there would be a needle in my mouth! I did not trust them after that and the procedure itself was rough too. They were not careful or gentle in the slightest. I still am having the same issues as before even with the fillings being done. Temperature sensitivity, jaw clenching side effects, and more. My teeth were nowhere near this sensitive before they worked on me. I already stress over going to the dentist because I can't breathe too well when I'm focusing too hard on it, but this was a whole new level of stressful. I'm not the only one in my family that has struggled with this dentistry either. Please reconsider going here if you struggle with going to the dentist or need anything other than a cleaning done.

Ever since I was little I've never enjoyed going to the dentist. But this experience was different. My hygienist was amazing! She was sweet, gentle and did a terrific job. Dr. Reith explained everything well and was very cheerful. My teeth look and feel great!
