Took my 7 year old there because of a cavity. Made an appointment for a baby tooth extraction. My husband took him, and after managing to calm him and get the Novacaine in, the Dr. got up and walked away because my child was crying. She then hid in her office and refused to come out. So no tooth extraction, but a mouth full of novacaine now for zero reason. Horrible bedside manor, and reaction for ANY Dr. We will NEVER be back.

We have been going here for a very long time. And we were always pleased until recently. I had three children scheduled for dental appointments. One daughter is in a wheelchair so it’s very difficult to get her to appointments. We arrived and because I had a daughter with a cold they sent us all home I should say she rudely sent us all home. Not, and I’m sorry. Our hands are tied with the situation we feel bad about it I’m so sorry. Nothing! No one called, later to explain, or apologize. We will not be going back. There is never, a reason to be rude and nasty, like she was. Things have changed, since Jane left!

Dr. Rj was great. I have bad dental anxiety and he made both my girls and I feel safe and secure and all the other girls were great except the lady at the front desk. Very Rude. I called to cancel our appointments since Dr. Rj is no longer there and she was rude, my girls have had credits on their accounts since summer she told me she was going to return, hasn't returned to the insurance companies just holding onto it for their benefit. I have a credit asked her to straighten out account still has not done it nor have I heard a word on the credits. Seems a little fishy to me can take money but can't return it.

Never has there been a more Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde dentist office! My mom and I have been trying to help my sister with her kids and a dentist. They were great with the 1st one….next kid, the staff was extremely rude and violated every expectation from the first visits.

What a lovely team! I am paying more for this crown than I have any other in my life, but those were years ago. I sincerely appreciated the play by play commentary, so I knew the plan going in and as my treatment progressed. I also liked that the estimate was a little high and I ended up paying less than I planned on =).
I understand that you have to pay for the goods and services you consume (gas, groceries, hair cuts; dental, chiropractor, and medical visits). I appreciate having insurance to help me with some of these expenses AND the grace to call back and pay the next day!

I have had my dental work done by Dr. Ochsner for several years. He does a great job of informing me what he is doing and why he is doing it. His staff is quite skillful in cleaning my teeth and performing x-rays.

Great service and friendly staff. However, the billing for services and examination is very poor. I received an additional bill about a month and a half after my services were completed in additional fees that were not picked up by my insurance. Albeit, perhaps it wasn't the best insurance option, but I've never gone to a place where they basically guesstimate how much you'll owe and still charge you anyway after you've already paid what they told you what you'll owe.

Dr Gianelli is an amazing dentist and incredibly funny, quirky, and friendly person. She and the rest of the staff put my family at ease at dental visits. So amazing, I travel an hour to see her!
