They do not answer their phones, now answering service. Took 2 days to get an appointment for 4 year old with PINK EYE that spread to both eyes while waiting. They conferences called because they would not see him in office prescribed eye drops within hours had to call back for now ear ache also. Left 2 messages nurse call to say needed to call answering service again for an office appointment. Do not bring your child here.

Doctors are great, service stinks. They don’t call back within their given times. Usually waiting for an hour before even being seen. Office staff is lazy, always trying to get you to “call back later” if you can’t make an apt. Instead of just advising to reschedule apt right there. Never answers phones really, only calls back the next day or two.

However, the doctors are really great once you see them.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Cant even get through to make an appointment for counciling. Everyone knows how important mental health is and for these people to make you jump around from line to line on an automated machine only to end at "leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can" is unacceptable and disgraceful. This place does NOT help the neighborhood people very well at all. Shame on this "medical center" for not taking mental health seriously.

i called the bethlehem location just to ask if they administer the shingles vaccine to seniors, and the person said her supervisor wouldn’t give that info, and that i would need to come in for a physical and a chart made before my question would be answered! the state health center office in easton said they didnot have it last year and that office is currently closed.nicole in whitehall state health center said she doesn’t know if they have the vaccine and had no info on where we could go, other than our drs office or a pharmacy. THE PA DEPT OF HEALTH/STATE HEALTH CENTERS ARE USELESS IN SERVING SENIOR CITIZENS.

They have been wonderful t me Dr Smith and everyone in the office on 4th street understanding my limits and my health problems when others didn’t is wonderful also the office is so close to me when it’s hard for me to travel is great Thank you everyone
