The absolute best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I will be recommending everyone to go to you. And I love all the new and updated equipment. The offices are beautiful and the staff are amazing. Truly love it there. Can’t rate you high enough.

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a dentist in my 50+ years. Highly recommend. Front staff makes you feel welcome, and the back office staff and dentists, well let’s just say I joined their program and will be coming in from Arizona for any cleanings and any future dental work.
Extraction of a Wisdom tooth and cavity fill and broken tooth repair.
10/10 for sure on every level from Staff friendliness and professionalism to office cleanliness!

Everything was outstanding with the exception of the explanation of benefits. I asked for clarification of benefits because I was being charged for services that had a zero copay. I was told that the coverage was vague so they would take the payment upfront and give me my money back once they were paid. I called Aetna and I was told that I should not have been billed because the services were zero copay. The Aetna rep called the dentist office where we found out that the dentist office policy is to take payment for all services and then reimburse the patient. Mystery solved

I was most impressed by my first appointment with Dr. Benedict after moving to California from Connecticut. I was given a very thorough exam using the latest equipment. The exam lasted 45 minutes which presented several dozen color photos taken of my teeth. Dr. Benedict commented on each picture as to the condition of each tooth and what to keep an eye on going forward. She was also able to schedule me with a hygienist after a short wait to avoid having to come back at a future date for plaque removal and cleaning. I was most satisfied with the experience.

I had a great experience at my teeth cleaning appointment yesterday. The staff was welcoming and professional, making me feel comfortable right away. The office staff at Dr. Benedict's practice is exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend Kelly, the hygienist—she is incredibly gentle while still being thorough and efficient.

My Experience with Dr. Gifford was absolutely wonderful. He is very thorough and very caring. He explained all of the issues related to my paradental needs and the work that needs to be done at each upcoming appointment. I learned so much about my dental history and how it affected the health of my gums. Dr. Gifford addressed all of my questions and concerns during my initial evaluation.

Dr Lee was very professional and attentive. She was meticulous with the cleaning and explained as she moved through the cleaning. I was so impressed that I asked her to book me for my next 6 month visit. (This was my first time with Dr Lee.)
