My father is a post-liver transplant patient at Cedars-Sinai, and he needed a new PCP. He was randomly linked up with Dr. Siddiqui, and I felt like we hit the lottery. She's very patient, follows-up, and she's extremely responsive to questions and referrals for my father. We sincerely appreciate her care and compassion! She's wonderful!

I saw Dr. Siddiqui (an in-network provider for Blue Shield) in Oct 2022 for my annual physical. Her office mistakenly sent my bloodwork to an out-of-network lab, resulting in my insurance denying the visit claim and asking me to pay $450 out of pocket. It was impossible to reach any nurse at Dr. Siddiqui's office, as the office number listed actually routed me to a Cedars Sinai call center that was unable to answer any questions. They stated that Dr. Siddiqui's office does not have a direct phone line, nor an email. Two representatives at the Cedars call center told me my claim has been "resubmitted with correct coding" but Blue Shield stated they have no record of the office ever re-submitting anything. Cedars then sent me to collections, ignoring my repeated attempts at disputing the bill. As of 5/2/2023, I have tried to reach the office numerous times, each time being told by the call center different things about how "no nurses are available" or "the line just keeps ringing." This was an error by Dr. Siddiqui's office that ended up costing me nearly $500 and hours of time. I will not visit this office again, nor will I use a Cedars Sinai physician as my PCP going forward.
