Dr. Jain is an amazing person and a very talented dentist. She is extremely knowledgeable, conscientious and caring. I am so pleased with her work and her service. Michelle, the dental hygienist, performed the best cleaning I have ever experienced. She is also very personable, polished and professional. The office staff is extremely friendly. I could not be happier with Mt Diablo Family Dentists! When I had an emergency, they stayed late and saw me even when my own dentist wouldn't. They gave such great care that they are now my new dentist. The whole staff is great! Everyone is very kind, patient and thorough. I happily recommend them!

The staff and Dr. Jain were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Jain was very kind and knowledgeable; she answered all my questions patiently. The thing I liked the most was, Dr. Jain was sincere and forthright. My experience with other dentists had not been that great, where they had exaggerated what my needs were, which made me have multiple unnecessary office visits. It was definitely a sigh of relief to find a dentist with a high standard of ethics. I would also like to specially mention Veronica and Michelle. Veronica made it very easy to schedule my appointment and took care of the paperwork related to insurance. I had gone to the dentist after a 2 year break, but Michelle did a fantastic job with the cleaning and was very thorough with the procedure. It was super easy to book follow-up appointments as well. I would highly recommend it!

I’ve been going here for a year. The Dentist fixed some chipped teeth and I’ve been getting cleanings from Michelle and I have super sensitive teeth and never have any complaints. She’s super kind and gentle with the cleanings. If you’re looking for a good dental practice, you’ll be looked after well here.

Awesome!! My friend recommended them and I totally know why now. From the first call, to my two appointments I’ve had so far, the service is excellent. There is such a positive energy amongst all that work here, and the office has such a positive vibe. They were very thorough in explaining everything to me. Bedside manner is excellent.. they really do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. They really know how to empathize w the experience of their patient, understanding how scary it can be to go to the dentist. Dr. Jain knows her stuff, and is also down to earth and very caring demeanor. Michelle is awesome too. They all are great! This is the best dental experience I have ever had in my life ( and I’m 47 years old!).

Updated Review 2022: Just wanting to provide an update to our review from last year. We are another year on from choosing Mount Diablo Family Dentistry for our family dental work and we could not be happier with the care given by this team. Dr Jain and everyone working here are so friendly, professional and helpful. They really take care of their patients and provide high quality service every time. If we've ever had an issue, or wanted to clarify costs, they are continuously helpful. And this care shines through with every visit. I'm so thrilled that we found this dentist office - best choice for us. We still highly recommend.

Original Review from 2021: My husband and I struggled to find a great family dentist in the area who wasn’t out to just increase profits. Dr Jain and her whole team made us feel at ease immediately and we feel respected as customers. We were immediately able to see the high level of care and consideration at the core of the the team here. All the dentistry work we have had done has been of the highest quality and still maintains the family dentist experience. Would highly recommend Dr Jain and her team
