Clean, beautiful facility. Management was so nice, and knowledgeable. Comfortable, homestyle feeling. Highly recommend!

The facility is nice and direct caregivers are good, but the administration violated their own policies by sending my grandmother to the hospital and then telling us on the day she was to be discharged that she would not be allowed to return. This placed extreme hardship on my family. We had to find another facility that could take her the same day, just in time for her to pass a week later.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Unprofessional. Staff will have COVID and still come to work! I worked there and they leave the clients soaked, doesn’t care about there needs If lights pressed. Short staff. There’s never a nurse on night shift so clients had to call family. The food is under cooked. Please don’t send your loved ones here.
