I've had a few sessions with Derek Garza to help alleviate some pretty bad neck pain that stemmed from overhead pressing. Derek has helped me tremendously to alleviate my pain, and get back to working out. His prescribed exercises have made a huge difference, and he pays extreme attention to what you say and how you feel. The thing I've enjoyed most about Derek is that he explains the why behind everything. You can tell he truly cares about getting you back to where you were pre-injury. I could not recommend him enough!

Marie was really friendly and made me feel comfortable immediately upon meeting her. She took the time to assess the pain areas in my neck and my mobility and gave me some exercises and stretches I can do to help rebuild the muscles. The pressure in the physical therapy on my neck and shoulders was perfect and I was already feeling better by the end of the session. I really appreciated the intention in assessing what the needs are, learning about what areas needed healing, and ways to rebuild and sustain the healing.
